Our current portfolio comprises a mix of office buildings, data centres, industrial, retail, residential rental, surface parking lots, and a hotel.

Several of our properties have experienced considerably higher than market levels of vacancy in recent years. We are committed to enhance the market appeal of our offerings using various strategies to better serve existing and prospective tenants. This will be achieved through a combination of enhanced operational focus and strategic capital investments.

Our newly internalized team (effective January 1, 2025) is singularly focused on addressing these issues to deliver value to our tenants and our unitholders. We are energized, experienced, and fully aligned to execute.
