Brian Luborsky has served as the Chairman of Plantbest Inc., since 2005.
Mr. Luborsky has more than 40 years of business-related experience and has previously served on the audit committee of Clarke Inc. (TSX.CKI), and
on audit committees of five other TSX companies. Mr. Luborsky is a retired member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and previously worked at the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Luborsky has a Bachelor or Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program.
