Dan Sheremeto is a seasoned real estate and finance professional with nearly two decades of real estate investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Ravelin REIT, Mr Sheremeto had direct involvement in the inception and growth of Canaccord Genuity’s real estate investment banking franchise over the course of 18+ years. Most recently, he served as head of Canadian real estate investment banking from 2016 to 2023.
In addition to capital raising, Dan advised on multiple real estate M&A transactions representing aggregate enterprise value of approximately C$8 billion.
Mr. Sheremeto has an Honours in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
