Elle joined Ravelin Property REIT in 2025 and is based out of our Dublin office.
She is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of SCSI/RICS, with more than five years experience in the property industry. She holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Social Science International from University College Dublin.
Before joining Ravelin, Elle worked for Cushman & Wakefield Ireland, where she gained valuable experience in Valuations and Retail & Leisure. During her time there, she developed expertise in a range of areas, including sales, leasing, and acquisitions. Her work involved providing in-depth market analysis, offering strategic advice to clients and negotiating transactions.
In addition to her commercial property experience, Elle also worked for Sherry Fitzgerald Lettings, where she further developed her expertise in the residential sector.
