Janine Dobson joined Ravelin Properties in 2026 as Vice President, Leasing – Ontario Region. She is responsible for leading leasing strategy and execution across the Ontario portfolio, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support asset performance and long-term value creation.
Janine brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a strong background across industrial and mixed-use portfolios. Prior to joining Ravelin, she spent over five years with Fengate Asset Management, where she most recently served as Associate Vice President, Leasing, overseeing leasing strategy and transactions. Earlier in her career, Janine held senior leasing roles with Pure Industrial, Dream Unlimited, Whiterock REIT, and Transglobe Property Management.
Janine is a graduate of Ryerson University, where she earned a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. She has extensive experience in tenant relations, transaction management, and strategic leasing initiatives across the Greater Toronto Area and broader Ontario market.
