Jolanta Madej is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in tax, finance, and corporate advisory services across real estate development and professional services. She has served in senior finance roles, including Tax and Finance Manager at Polygon Homes Ltd., where she was responsible for financial management, treasury, and tax functions across a large group of real estate development entities. More recently, she has worked as an independent consultant supporting financial and operational due diligence for acquisition transactions, including hotel portfolio acquisitions across multiple U.S. states.
Earlier in her career, Jolanta worked at KPMG LLP in Vancouver within the firm’s Assurance and Business Advisory Services and International Corporate Tax practices, advising corporate clients on financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory matters.
Jolanta holds designations as a Chartered Professional Accountant in British Columbia (CPA, CA), Chartered Accountant in England (FCA) and as a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois (CPA). She earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and completed advanced professional accounting and tax training through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
