Jonathan joined Ravelin Properties REIT in 2025, bringing experience in leasing, acquisitions, and market analysis.
Prior to Ravelin, he was a Corporate Real Estate Advisor at Titan York, where he provided strategic market insights. He also worked as a Residential Leasing Consultant at King & Park, managing lease agreements and optimizing occupancy rates.
Earlier in his career, he was a top-performing real estate agent, earning the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award and Royal LePage President’s Gold Club recognition.
Jonathan also has experience in project coordinating, having managed large-scale commercial tenant fit-ups for a diverse range of businesses, including the Government of Canada.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Saint Mary’s University and is a licensed Ontario Realtor and Mortgage Agent.
