JP joined Ravelin Properties REIT in 2025 and is based out of our Toronto office.
He has two years of experience in public and private real estate capital markets, where his experience spans across office and multi-family assets.
He plays a role in overseeing the REIT’s core valuation and investment analysis, as well as maximizing the value of all assets owned by the REIT.
Prior to Ravelin, JP held positions at Slate Asset Management supporting its various real estate funds, and CI Global Asset Management in equity research.
JP has an Honours in Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics.
