Jeremy Kaupp joined Ravelin Properties REIT in 2025 as a core member of the management team. He plays a key role in overseeing the third-party leasing professionals and property managers, preparation of annual operating budgets, execution and approval of the capital spending and leasing programs and reporting. Jeremy’s overarching objective is to maximize the value of all assets owned by the REIT.

He spent 18 years at CBRE, working as a broker across both Southwestern Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Jeremy later joined Slate Asset Management, where he served for 7 years as Vice President of Asset Management, focusing primarily on their portfolio in Atlantic Canada.

Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Urban Development Program and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.
