Sarah Jane O’Shea leads our European office based out of Dublin as well as having direct responsibility for our Chicago portfolio.

As a core member of Ravelin REIT’s management, her focus is on maximising asset NOI through strategic leasing and active cash flow management and thereby maximising asset value.

She has over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate across both North America and Europe including almost 10 years in Toronto working with Allied Properties REIT, Forgestone Capital and Triovest. Sarah Jane’s experience is considerable and rounded covering asset management, investment and leasing.

Sarah Jane holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin and a Masters in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University, along with her Chartered Surveyor designation.
