Tess joined Ravelin Properties REIT in 2025. She is responsible for assisting in financial analysis and reporting. 

Prior to Ravelin, Tess held a financial analysis role at Slate Asset Management, with responsibility for Slate Office REIT. She also interned at Deloitte LLP within the audit department and as an investment finance analyst at OMERS.

Tess holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University with a concentration in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management.
