This single-tenant building offers large floor plates of 32,000 square feet, institutional style finishes, upgraded washrooms and a full service kitchen / cafeteria with an exterior patio area. SNC Nuclear Inc (a subsidiary of AtkinsRealis) leased 100% of the Building beginning in November of 2016. This was part of a complete redevleopment of the properties comprising 2251 & 2285 Speakman.
