2251 Speakman Drive is a 4-storey office building located on the north side of Speakman Drive, in the Sheridan Science and Technology Park. SNC Nuclear Inc (a subsidiary of AtkinsRealis) leased 100% of the Building beginning in November of 2016. This was part of a complete redevleopment of the properties comprising 2251 & 2285 Speakman.
